• Sold Items and Articles: All items or articles sold are non-refundable.
• Advance Payments: Advance payments made for any services or orders are non-refundable once the order is placed.
• Consultation Fees: Fees for all consultations must be paid in full and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for consultations and services must be made as specified at the time of booking. Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of the service.

Terms & Conditions for Nabatara Institute, founded by Gaurav Tribedi

By enrolling in our courses on Astrology, Numerology, Vastu Shastra, Tantra Shastra, Yoga & Meditation etc. or using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Offerings and Fees

We offer the following courses:

• Diploma Courses: 12 hours, ₹15,000
• Master Courses: 24 hours, ₹35,000
• Honorary PhD: Based on thesis work, ₹50,000

Diploma, Masters & Honorary PhD & Special Courses are available for Astrology, Numerology, Vastu Shastra & Tantra Shastra.

Class Mode: Both online and offline (conditions apply) classes are available.

2. Enrollment Criteria

Students must be at least 10th pass to join our courses. Enrollment in any of our courses constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Course fees or any advance payments made for courses are non-refundable.
• Students may reschedule their classes within the validity period of the old course amount.
• Course fees are to be paid in full or in 2 instalments before the commencement of the course.

4. Rights of Nabatara Institute

• Publication Rights: The Nabatara Institute and its management reserve the right to publish photographs of successful students through various media as deemed necessary.
• Modifications: The authority reserves the right to change course requirements, content, fees, regulations, and any other suitable modifications deemed necessary in the interest of the students, the institute, or for educational purposes.
• Discipline: The authority reserves the right to strike off the name of a student for violation of rules and indiscipline. Such decisions shall be final and legally binding.

5. Copyright and Trademarks

All content, logos, trademarks, service marks, and services referenced in the institute's brochure or website are the copyright of Nabatara Foundation.

Unauthorized copying, commercial use, personal use, reproduction, publication, and distribution of any copyrighted content from our website(s) is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by us or our suppliers/third parties.

Welcome to Save The Soul, a dedicated initiative of Nabatara Foundation founded by Gaurav Tribedi. By applying for membership and participating in our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility and Fees

• Eligibility: Anyone can apply for membership.
• Fees: There is an annual membership fee, which must be paid at the time of joining. Membership will be renewed every year upon payment of the renewal fee.
• Membership Card: Members will receive a membership card, which grants them access to attend any charitable drives organized by Nabatara Foundation.

2. Membership Benefits

• Participation: Members can participate in all charitable activities and drives organized by Save The Soul.
• Donations: All kinds of donations are accepted, and donors will receive an 80G & tax redemption certificate for their contributions.

3. Code of Conduct

• Compliance: Members must follow the rules and regulations provided by the organization.
• Behavior: Members must maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude towards fellow members and the higher authority. Any behavior that disrupts the harmony of the organization is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Actions:
  • Violating organizational rules.
